Through the use of diamond tools to carry out CNC machining or honing of the inner hole, the valve body is surface treated and the valve core is assembled, and then the valve body is polished, so that it is gradually mature in the domestic pilot solenoid valve, and it is completely achievable ；

Many valve manufacturers do not pay attention to this form and position tolerance, but the response speed of many valves is not fast, or the action of the stainless steel solenoid valve is unstable, which is due to the poor straightness of the inner hole processed by the valve body. Ordinary high-pressure solenoid valves and high-frequency solenoid valves have small holes in the valve body. They are commonly used with a diameter of 5-12mm and are difficult to process. The stainless steel solenoid valve processing tool is relatively thin. Good, so the rigidity of the tool holder should be given priority in the tool design, and the inner hole will undergo subsequent honing and polishing treatments to control the straightness below 0.01;
