The governor can be selected together with electric and pneumatic. The corresponding actuator is usually selected according to the size of the valve model, the pressure value and various influencing factors. Below we mainly introduce the types of implementing agencies and the standards considered:
Output power considerations:
Regardless of the type of actuator, the output force is to overcome the torque generated when the valve opens and closes the solenoid valve of the gas water heater (mainly unbalanced torque and unbalanced torque, plus friction, sealing, gravity and other related forces). Therefore, in order for the regulator to work normally, the driving method adopted should be able to generate enough output force to overcome various resistances and ensure a high degree of sealing and opening of the valve.
Double-acting hydraulic hydraulic electric actuators generally do not use return springs. The strength of the water inlet solenoid valve of the washing machine does not depend on its moving direction. Therefore, determining the maximum output force and torque of the motor is the key to selecting the actuator. In a single-acting pneumatic actuator, the output force is related to the valve opening. The force generated on the adjuster also affects the movement characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the force within the opening range of the regulating valve.
Decide on the type of execution program:
After the output power of the actuator is determined, the corresponding actuator can be selected according to the process environment requirements of the solar solenoid valve manufacturer. For explosion-proof requirements, pneumatic actuators must be used at the site. The junction box is explosion-proof, and electric actuators cannot be used. If there is no explosion-proof requirement, pneumatic electric actuators can be used, but from the perspective of energy saving, electric actuators should be used as much as possible.
In hydraulic actuators, they are not as widely used as pneumatic and electric actuators, but they have the characteristics of high-precision adjustment. Fast and steady movement. Therefore, in some cases, a hydraulic drive must be selected to achieve a better adjustment effect. If the user requires fast action, passive on-site, or requires the purchased valve to run smoothly and quickly, hydraulic or electric is the best choice.
The initial understanding is, what does our automatic control valve mainly rely on? At the same time, to understand the criteria we choose, we also hope that customers or related technical personnel can better find their needs.
