Generally, the gate valve is a full-bore design, and the flow resistance is small, and it can be detected by a cleaning ball and a pipeline detector. The structural height of the gate valve is relatively high (generally 3-5 times the diameter of the pipe), which is suitable for the case of deep buried pipelines.
The ball valve activates and closes the valve by rotating the ball (opening and closing only need to rotate 90°). The valve switch is portable. Small size, can be made into a large diameter, reliable sealing, sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, not easy to be corroded by the medium, it is widely used in various industries. The four-way solenoid valve has simple structure, easy maintenance, full-diameter design, low flow resistance, and can pass the sweeping ball and pipeline detector.
The butterfly valve is designed according to the principle of the tube baffle trigger, and the flow control element is a disc with a tilt. The disc body is fixed on the mandrel, the opening and closing are controlled by rotating the mandrel, and the valve seat is fixed on the valve body wall. Its valve body is pancake-shaped, which can adjust the flow of the solenoid valve water valve medium. Its structure is small in size, light in weight, and easy to operate, but its circulation resistance is large, and it cannot pass the sweep ball and pipeline detector.
