1. The research status of intelligent electric valves.
The electric valve is composed of two parts, the valve and the electric actuator, but so far, the two parts of the product are still manufactured by different manufacturers. The lack of technical exchanges between manufacturers will only improve the quality of their products, while ignoring the overall two-part "package" problem.
In addition, although there are currently sub-technical standards for various types of valves and industry standards for electric actuators, there are no “assembled” technical standards for electric valves or the standards are not uniform. This caused some problems with the electric valve "set", and lacked the corresponding basis for automobile solenoid valves.
On the other hand, in the structure of electric valves, the structure of the valve is relatively simple, and the structure of the electric actuator is relatively complicated; therefore, people are paying more and more attention to the electric actuator and are committed to improving its level of intelligence. However, the intelligence level of the solenoid valve of the air conditioner is ignored, which makes the development of the two unbalanced, and the intelligence level after the "suit" is not high.

In recent years, with the rapid development of microelectronics technology, computer technology, communication network technology and mechatronics technology, valve electric actuators have developed rapidly. Some domestic and foreign manufacturers have successively introduced intelligent electric actuators to realize fieldbus protocol. 2.1IQ series of intelligent electric actuators.
In the 1990s, ROTORK introduced an intelligent electric actuator (IQ series), which has the following characteristics compared with ordinary actuators:
(1) Convenient parameter remote setting function. Before putting into operation, as long as the special setting tool provided by the manufacturer is used, the parameters can be set remotely by aligning the actuator. It not only simplifies the operating procedures, but also improves the safety of the equipment, which is especially important in places where explosion-proof is required;
2) Rich online display function. The use of LCD technology and the use of a built-in liquid crystal display can not only accurately display the opening and closing status of the valve and the normal opening of the valve, but also display important information when the parameter setting or the actuator fails;
