Nowadays, the pneumatic ball valve used for automatic control, the proportion of pneumatic butterfly valve is very high! Because the price is cheaper than the electric one, the second reason is that the opening time is fast and the safety factor is high. So today we will take a look at the pneumatic ball valve. How should the pneumatic butterfly valve be equipped with a cylinder?
One, GT cylinder.
Many people used old cylinders before. But now there is a trend of delisting, in other words, mine explosion-proof solenoid valves are not used by many customers! But their price is indeed the lowest, and the outer shell is also made of aluminum alloy, but the appearance is indeed not very good. In addition, when installing the solenoid valve, it is often necessary to add a mounting plate, which is troublesome and increases the cost! It is also difficult to adjust the limit position. In summary, we generally do not support this valve at present, unless the customer requests the price.
AT type cylinder.
This cylinder is now a mainstream product in China. The product shape and internal structure of the high temperature steam solenoid valve are mostly imitated Italian AT brand cylinders! Is the outer diameter better because of the good quality of the valve? The initial impression is beauty and atmosphere, which is very important. And the fittings of this kind of valve are reserved holes, it is more convenient to install! Current limiting is simply a product recommended by our company, because it has been greatly upgraded in the original technology, and has been significantly improved in quality and life.
Three, AW cylinder.
This kind of cylinder may not be common. It only appeared in response to our ball valve. When the diameter of the butterfly valve is large, the small cylinder cannot provide huge power! Therefore, we need large cylinders for AW to meet this requirement! The valve body of the solenoid valve manufacturer's entire cylinder is made of cast iron, which is relatively large compared to the other two cylinders. Pay attention to maintenance when using it. After all, it is cast iron. If it rusts, it will Contaminate the air source and damage the cylinder. In severe cases, accidents may occur, so please pay attention!
Knowing the cylinder will also know our automatic control valve! This is only preliminary, how do we use it specifically? Installation precautions, and the role of related accessories, etc.? Let's discuss it together later.
