There are no reserved holes and embedded parts during construction, or the size of the reserved holes is too small, and the embedded parts are not marked.
Result: In the construction of heating and sanitation engineering, cutting out the structure of the building, and even the normally open solenoid valve cuts off the stressed steel bar, will affect the safety performance of the building.
Method: Be familiar with the construction drawings of the heating and sanitation engineering, actively cooperate with the construction of the building structure, reserve holes and embedded parts according to the needs of pipe and hanger installation, and refer to the design requirements and construction specifications for details.
When the pipe is welded, the wrong port of the pipe after alignment is not on the same centerline, no gap is left for the solenoid valve of the carbon canister, the thick-walled pipe is not shoveled, and the width and height of the alignment do not meet the construction specifications.
Result: The staggered seam of the pipe is not on a central line, which directly affects the quality of welding and perception. There is no gap on the corresponding surface, the thick-walled pipe has no flat groove, and the welding seam width and height do not meet the requirements, the welding cannot meet the strength requirements.
Method: After the pipes are welded, the pipes should not be staggered. They should be on the center line with a gap. Thick-walled pipes should be grooved and welded according to the specifications.
