Pay attention to not excessive sealing material when splicing. If the thread is connected, the joint thread should maintain the effective length, and use a file to chamfer the half pitch of the end, and wrap the sealing tape with 2 teeth from the end, otherwise too much sealing tape or adhesive will enter the inner cavity of the solenoid valve. An accident has prevented normal work.
The solenoid installation position should leave a certain space for daily maintenance and regular maintenance.
Use a wrench or pipe wrench to install and fix the valve body, and then tighten the upper connection. Never apply force to the solenoid coil assembly of the gas solenoid valve to cause deformation, making the solenoid valve difficult to work normally.
If the rigidity of the pipeline is insufficient, or there is water hammer, please use brackets to fix the front and rear pipes of the valve.
When using in icy places, the pipe must be protected with insulation materials or a heater must be installed on the pipe.
Determine whether the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the pipe are leaking.
The connection of the coil lead wires should be checked, especially the connection of the three coils.
Electrical components such as relays, switches and contactors, and gas solenoid valves are connected to the solenoid valves. When opening the valve, the contacts should not vibrate, otherwise the work is unreliable and affects the service life of the solenoid valve.
The electrical circuit should be connected to the corresponding fuse to protect the electrical circuit.
