The strainer should be installed before the pressure reducing valve to prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance. Before installing the steam pressure reducing valve on the water inlet solenoid valve, the piping system must be cleaned. Prevent welding slag, oxide scale and other dirt from flowing into the valve, destroying the sealing surface of the steam pressure reducing valve, and affecting the normal operation of the valve.
The valve should be installed in a place that is easy to operate and maintain, and it must be installed upside down on a horizontal pipeline. Make sure that the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline ball valve, hydraulic control valve, etc. is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and must not be installed upside down. The vapor medium valve must be inverted, and the condenser sent to the designated position must be higher than the actuator, so that the actuator can be filled with the condenser and play the role of a protective film. There should be a section of straight pipe before and after the installed pressure reducing valve. The length of the straight pipe is about 600 mm in front of the valve and about 1 mm behind the exhaust solenoid valve. Ordinary pressure release valve requires inlet and outlet pressure difference ≥ 0.2Mpa. The pressure reducing valve generally has various specifications such as DN15~DN400. The working pressure before and after the valve are within 1MPa and 0.1~0.5MPa respectively, and the adjustment range error is ±5%~10%.
