The reason for this phenomenon is that there is dirt between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat. The valve can be opened several times with a lifting wrench to remove dirt; the sealing surface is damaged. It should be repaired according to the degree of damage by grinding or grinding after turning; the valve stem and the valve disc are not in the correct position due to the bending or tilting of the valve stem or the offset of the fulcrum between the lever and the valve disc. Should be reinstalled or replaced; the elasticity of the direct-acting solenoid valve spring is reduced or lost. It is necessary to take measures such as replacing the spring and adjusting the opening pressure.


One, leakage.


When the equipment is at normal working pressure, there will be more than allowable leakage between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat. This is because there is dirt between the disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat. The valve can be opened several times with a lifting wrench to remove dirt; the sealing surface of the large-caliber solenoid valve is damaged. According to the degree of damage, it can be repaired by grinding or grinding after turning; the valve stem and the valve disc are not in the correct position due to the bending or tilting of the valve stem or the offset of the fulcrum between the lever and the valve disc. Should be reinstalled or replaced; the elasticity of the spring is reduced or lost. It is necessary to take measures such as replacing the spring and adjusting the opening pressure.


Frequency of disc bounce or vibration.


This is mainly because the stiffness of the spring is too large. Use a spring with appropriate stiffness; improper adjustment of the adjusting ring causes excessive pressure on the slewing seat. The position of the adjusting ring should be re-adjusted; the resistance of the exhaust pipe is too large, causing the back pressure of the exhaust pipe of the solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump to be too high. The resistance of the exhaust pipe should be reduced.


When the specified pressure is reached, it must not be opened.


The reason is that the pressure cannot be accurately determined. The pressure contraction of the spring or the position of the heavy hammer should be readjusted; the disc and the valve seat are glued. The safety valve should be manually discharged or discharged regularly; the lever of the lever-type safety valve is stuck or moved by a heavy hammer. The position of the heavy hammer should be readjusted, and the lever should move freely.


The disc does not rotate after discharge.


The main reason for this phenomenon is that the spring bends the valve stem, and the valve clack is installed in an improper position or stuck. Should be reinstalled.


The pressure after venting continues to rise.


The main reason is: the safety displacement of the selected safety valve displacement fixing device should be re-selected the appropriate safety valve; the valve stem center line is not correct or the spring is rusted, so that the valve clack cannot be opened to its due height, the valve should be reassembled Rod or replace the spring; if the cross-sectional area of the exhaust pipe is insufficient, use an exhaust pipe that meets the safe discharge range.


Open without reaching the specified pressure.


Most of the pressure is not fixed, and the aging elasticity of the spring decreases. The adjusting screw should be tightened correctly or the spring should be replaced.
