When installing or replacing the needle valve, the valve should be properly cleaned. Avoid bringing in debris and accelerate the wear of the needle valve.


Avoid valves with high temperature media. The temperature of the media has a great influence on the life of the valve. The higher the temperature of the medium, the shorter the life of the valve, and vice versa. Therefore, adding a cooling device to the pressure relief valve can also significantly increase the service life of the valve.


Avoid the valve working in a small opening. If the opening lift of the valve needle is small or the opening action is slow, working at a small opening, the throttle clearance is small, and the corrosion is serious. Increase the screw pitch of the locking mechanism appropriately to increase the opening Speed and lift, increase the working opening, make the throttle gap large, weaken the scouring, and increase the service life.


4. Regularly filter the high-pressure medium, purify the filter, add the liquid, the filter screen can be used. For frequent use, the use time should be shortened appropriately. According to the actual working conditions of the equipment, the oil tank is cleaned regularly and the new medium is replaced at the same time, which can shorten the cleaning and oil change interval.


Under different working pressures, use the corresponding sealing pressure, select the appropriate sealing pressure, use a torque wrench to lock, or realize automatic valve control to prevent the valve needle from being damaged by the squeeze of the valve seat, without being worn and Scour.
