1. Small precision electric actuator.
Small and exquisite appearance, the most cost-effective! It can be switch type and adjustable type. Of course, some of the newly developed ones can also be used as explosion-proof, waterproof, intelligent integration, etc., which can be installed on the mobile phone to detect and control valves. This kind of steam solenoid valve manufacturer's actuator is mainly used for 0-90 degree rotation, also known as quarter-stroke electric actuator, and is mainly used for the assembly of electric valves such as butterfly valves and ball valves. The voltage of the high-voltage solenoid valve manufacturers used can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as AC220V, AC380V, DC24V, etc. In short, this electric actuator is the most commonly used.
Explosion-proof power unit.
This product is mainly used for explosion-proof or occasions requiring intelligent integration! It used to be more frequent, because of small development, now there is no advantage! But there is still a certain market, with a more beautiful appearance and a slightly larger volume. In terms of shape and function, it is more like an imported actuator, so the price is still quite expensive. It is also mainly used for electric assembly of butterfly valves and ball valves! As a valve manufacturer, if there is no actual requirement from the customer, we will not support this model.
Multi-turn electric actuator.
This kind of actuator is generally mainly used for gate valves and globe valves! Why use an electric ball valve? Because the first two electric actuators of the two-position three-way solenoid valve are used on small-caliber ball valves, usually ball valves also require a larger diameter, so a larger torque is required to drive the valve. At this time, only multi-turn electric actuators can be selected. When this block is large and the voltage is generally AC380V, a forward and reverse control box is required. The control box can be omitted if the intelligent integration is used, but the corresponding cost will be higher.
