The liquid pressure pushes the closing member of the solenoid valve up, and the solenoid valve can be opened at this time. After the solenoid valve is de-energized, the elastic action of the solar solenoid valve spring closes the conduit hole, and the pressure at the inlet of the bypass hole forms a larger pressure above the higher level, and the pressure of the fluid pushes the solenoid valve closing member downward. At this time, the duct hole is in a fixed state.


Uses and characteristics of conductive solenoid valve:


It is suitable for heating pipelines of aerospace, shipbuilding, heavy industry, chemical industry, boilers, heating, drying, cleaning and other equipment. It has: the valve core is all stainless steel piston structure, and the piston ring has special heat-resistant and wear-resistant materials; the valve cavity and The metal piston has no direct friction, and the installation direction of the valve body is not restricted by the direction; the uniquely designed coil is not easy to burn out; the starting and stopping time is long, and the operation is flexible.


Working process of conductive solenoid valve:


Normally closed type: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool is pulled out of the pilot hole, the pressure release valve in the cavity, the ultra-high pressure solenoid valve piston is driven by the medium pressure in the lower cavity, and the flange solenoid valve opens; when reset, the coil is de-energized and the pilot is The spring is pulled out from the spool, the pilot hole is closed, the valve in the upper chamber is closed by the thrust of the piston hole and the return spring, and the valve opening chamber in the solenoid is closed by the thrust of the piston throttle and the return spring.


Summary of working principle: When the coil is started, the pilot hole is closed. When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core reset spring opens the pilot hole, the pressure release valve in the cavity, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the lower cavity medium, and the solenoid valve opens.
