When selecting a soft-sealed butterfly valve, it must be noted that the selected direction is in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the valve body, the disc-shaped disc will rotate around the axis, and its rotation angle must be 0°- Between 90°, so that it can be rotated to 90° when in use, and the valve will be in a fully open state when it is rotated to 90°.
At present, the soft-sealed butterfly valve produced by the valve manufacturer is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, and consists of only a few parts. When the soft-sealed butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows in the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by the diaphragm solenoid valve through the butterfly valve is very small, so it has better flow control characteristics. The soft seal butterfly valve has two types: elastic seal and metal seal.
For rubber-sealed valves, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached around the butterfly plate. Valves with metal seals generally have a longer life than valves with elastic seals, but it is difficult to achieve a complete seal. The metal seal can adapt the solenoid valve controller to higher operating temperature, while the elastic seal has the disadvantage of temperature limitation.
The soft-seal butterfly valve commonly used by our company has two types: wafer type and flange type. If the butterfly valve is required to be used for flow control, the main purpose is to select the correct diameter and model of the valve. The structural principle of the soft-seal butterfly valve is particularly suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves. Soft-seal butterfly valves are not only widely used in general industrial fields such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, water treatment, etc., but also can be used in cooling water systems of thermal power plants.
The air tightness test of the solder ball valve is a gas tight test conducted with nitrogen as the medium. First, close the ball valve, use the pressure test valve to inject medium nitrogen into the solder ball valve from the sleeve tube, increase the pressure to 1.1 times the rated pressure of the solder ball valve, and then pass The engine solenoid valve hose is connected to the container filled with water for testing, the depth is about 1cm, about 5min.
